Donni's Bag pattern has instructions for diamond quilting and a convenient zipper.  It also has a really cute sassy scarf detail on the front!  Finished size is 10 1/2" x 13".

Materials Needed:

• Sulky 12-weight decorative thread, in contrasting color
• 1 - 18" or longer zipper
• 5/8 yd outer bag fabric (also used for the handle)
• 5/8 yd contrast fabric (cut on the bias for bag bottom, scarf and handle trim)
• 1 yd HTC heavy weight fusible fleece
• 1/2 yd lining fabric (more if pockets are added)
• 1/2 yd fusible knit interfacing (60" wide)
• 4 - 3/8" or 9mm grommets
