The large envelope measures 9.5" x 7" and the small measures 7" x 5".  For this pattern, you will need:

• Cotton fabric #1 - 1/2 yard for small envelope, strap and zipper pocket
• Cotton fabric #1 - 3/8 yard for large envelope
• Batting - Thin quilt batting 24" x 30"
• Closures - magnetic 18mm snap PLUS
• another magnetic 14mm snap
• 1 - 7" or 9" zipper for optional back zippered pocket
• 6" of 3/8" wide (or narrower) ribbon for zipper pull
