Island Shopping bag pattern is easy to make and has comfortable padded shoulder strap. There are instructions for an inner pocket and additional instructions for embellishment. Finished size is 20" x 15".
Materials Needed:
- 3/4 yd of home decorator weight outside purse fabric
- 3/4 lining fabric
- 1/3 yd of light weight interfacing if your fabric is regular cotton, not a heavy home decorator fabric
- 6" x 33" of thin quilt batting for the strap
