Nellie's Sewing Bag pattern is great for organizing all your sewing needs (and it also works great as a handbag!) and carrying it around with you.  Finished size is 8" x 8".

Materials Needed:

• At least 5 or 6 fat eighths of differing fabrics for the four quilt blocks (or use some scraps)
• 25cm or 1/4 yd fabric for lining
• 35cm or 3/8 yd fabric for pockets
• Cotton quilter's batting size 25cm x 125cm or 10" x 49"
• Two skeins of 6-strand DMC embroidery floss (in a color to match your fabrics)
• Nine buttons
• 1m or 1 1/8" yd of ric-rac
