The Oriental Flair Purse pattern has a comfortable handle, large outside pocket, and 2 inner pockets. Finished size is 11" x 7" x 4".

Materials Needed:

1/2 yd focus fabric
1/2 yd lining fabric
1/2 yd felt inner lining (for padding)
3/4 yd heavy fusible interfacing
6" - 3/4" wide hok & loop tape (Velcro)
1 - 3 1/2" beaded tassel
11" x 4" plastic canvas or Fast 2 Fuse (optional)
1 fat quarter or remnants (contrasting pockets)
