The Pretty Snappy bag pattern is made using a purchased hexagonal metal frame, which can be purchased from Ghee.  The top of the bag is spring loaded so that, when the bag is opened, it is a hexagonal shape and you can see everthing inside.  There are 2 bag sizes; Small is 9" x 14" and large is 12" x 18"

Materials Needed:

• View 1 - Small bag (poodle design)
• 1/2 yd fabric for bag and straps
• 1/2 yd fabric for lining (this will show on the outside of the bag)
• 1/2 yd for interlining
• Fusible fleece for straps
• 1 yd each of 2 different trims for the top
• 2/3 yd of 1" ribbon for bow
• Purchased 14" straight hex open frame
• View 2 - Large bag (polka dots)
• 2/3 yd fabric for bag and straps
• 2/3 yd fabric for lining (this shows on the outside)
• 2/3 yd fabric for interlining
• 4" x 17" piece of fabric for front band
• Fusible fleece for straps
• 1 yd of 2 different trims for middle band 0 3/8" wide
• 1 1/4 yd feather trim for top
• Purchased 18" straignt hex open frame
