The Raleigh Purse pattern is an easy to make pattern with lots of pockets and room for everything you carry through your busy day! Instructions are included for an outside patch pocket, a patch pocket in the lining, a zippered pocket in the lining, and super easy instructions for a top zipper. Measurements are 12" wide x 9" tall x 6" deep.
Materials Needed:
- Main Fabric and lining fabric - 3/4 yd each
- Optional fabric handles - additional 1/4 yd of main fabric
- 45" wide fusible interfacing - 1 1/4 yd or 1 1/2 yd if making fabric handles
- Handles & Rim:
- OPTION A: Webbing for handles and rim - 2 1/3 yd
- OPTION B: Webbing for handles only - 1 1/2 yd
- OPTION C: Fabric handles (see above) 3/4" to 1" wide decorative trim or ribbon for the rim - 1 yd
- Notions:
- 12" dress zipper to match main fabric
- 7" zipper to match lining fabric
- OPTIONAL: jewel glue to glue on rim
