This strip design bag pattern allows you to vary the fabric used for a unique combination that reflects your personality! There are 2 sizes available - 7 1/2" x 8 1/2" and 18" x 15".

Materials Needed:

12-16 strips of fabric 1 1/2" wide x 10" long for the SMALL and 2" x 20" for the LARGE (scraps, fat quarters, etc.)
Back and straps - SMALL: 1 fat quarter LARGE: 2 fat quarters
Lining - SMALL: Fat quarter LARGE: 2 fat quarters
Batting - SMALL: 1/3 yd LARGE 2/3 yd
Fabric for pockets (optional) - SMALL: fat quarter LARGE: 2 fat quarters
Batting for pockets - (optional) SMALL: 10" x 10" LARGE: 20" x 10"
1 pkg double fold extra wide bias tape
Button, velcro or snap closure
Thin cording for button loop, if desired
