The Ruby's Switcheroo Bag pattern is a backpack that easily converts to a shoulder bag. This is a great travel bag with a security pocket on the back, a front slip pocket and a zipper pocket. The main compartment fastens with a secure zipper and inside there are additional optional pockets. Finished size is 11" x 11" x 12".
Materials Needed:
- One Fabric - 1 yd
- AS SHOWN - Main fabric - 3/8 yd
- Straps - 1/4 yd (not a fat quarter)
- Contrasting sections - 2 to 3 fabrics, total of 5/8 yd but 3 fat quarters will work also
- Lining and 2 interior pockets - 5/8 yd
- Fusible fleece or batting - 1/2 yd
- 2 - 9" zippers
- 1 - 7" zipper
- 4 buttons
- Optional - 8" regular seam binding
