The Schlepping Bag pattern is a large, take-it-to-class tote bag that is big enough to carry your 18" x 24" mat and a 24" long ruler!

Materials Needed:

• 1 yd of 54" decorator weight fabric (36" x 54")
• 1 1 /2 yd fabric (cotton) for lining (40" x 54")
• 1 yd coordinated fabric for pockets
• 1/2 yd cotton fabric for binding
• 36" x 54" of interfacing, batting, or fusible fleece
• Button or Velcro for bag or pocket closures
• Optional - 1 yd cotton fabric for lining pockets, trim (2 yds or more), embellishments
