Materials Needed:
- 1 yd outside border and straps
- 3/4 yd inside border
- 1/4 yd each of (2) contrasting fabrics
- 3/4 yd lining
- 1/2 yd backing fabric (muslin or lightweight fabric)
- 1 1/4 yd heavy to medium weight fusible interfacing
- 15" x 15" interfuse (optional)
- Closure - your choice
