The Stripped To Pieces Quilted Tote bag pattern comes in 2 sizes (Large - 15" x 20" x 8" and Small - 8" x 17" x 4") and is a great way to use Jelly Rolls.  The large tote uses 10 strips and the small tote uses 5 strips.  Don't have Jelly Rolls?  Make your own 2 1/2" wide strips!

Materials Needed:

• Use strips from 1 Jelly Roll or 10 size 2 1/2" x 44" strips from different fabrics (large tote) or 5 strips from different fabrics for the small tote
• Handles - if you want a more scrappy look, the large tote uses 4 strips and the small uses 3 strips
• 1 3/4 yd - Fabric #1 (One piece linings, sturdy base sleeves)
• 1 1/8 yd - Fabric #2 (Straps, handles, lined interior pockets)
• 1 3/8 yd 45" wide cotton batting
• 1 3/8 yd 44" wide firm Iron-On interfacing
• 8 - size 1 1/2" antique gold rings (4 rings for the large and 4 rings for the small)
• 1 pkg size 12/32" Wrights Cotton Filler Cord (tote handles)
