It's Entirely Purse-O-Nal purse pattern

Versatile handbag pattern that gives instructions for finishing the exterior in a single fabric or a combination of several fabrics as shown.  Finished size is 10" x 8" x 3 1/2".

Materials Needed:

  • If using a single exterior Fabric:
  • 3/4 yd exterior fabric (includes purse body, handles, closure flap and 2 exterior pocket linings)
  • 2/3 yd lining fabric (includes lining and 2 interior pockets)
  • If Using Combination of Exterior Fabrics:
  • Exterior purse body - 2@ 16" wide x 10" long
  • Purse Handles -2@ 3 1/4" wide x 36" long
  • Exterior pocket linings 2@ 8 1/2" wide x 12" long
  • Topside of clusre flap 1@ 3 1/2" wide x 6 1/2" long
  • Misc. Materials
  • 1/4 yd trim fabric for bias trim for clusre flap and side ties
  • Batting at 18" wide x 36" long
  • Heavyweight interfacing 2@ 16" long x 10" wide
  • Velcro  6" length
  • Decorative button for closure flap
  • 1  7" zipper (optional for back pocket)
