The Trixie bag pattern is a frilly handbag with lots of your own custom ruffles and a sturdy box bottom. Finished size is 10" x 11".
Materials Needed:
- 12 - 1/8 yd coordinating fabrics (or 5 1/2 yd purchased ruffles that are 2 1/2" wide)
- 3/8 yd coordinating fabric for outer bag
- 3/8 yd coordinating fabric for lining
- 1 fat quarter coordinating fabric for pocket, tabs, and "torn" bow on handle
- 1/8 yd coordinating fabric for binding
- 1/8 yd coordinating fabric for handle
- 3/4 yd heavyweight fusible fleece
- 1/2 yd fusible knit interfacing 60" wide (recommended - Fusi Knit)
