The Zippy Convertible tote bag pattern uses the concept of a universal liner that converts from one outer purse to the next and adds a secure zipper!  There are complete instructions for 2 different sizes - LARGE 12" x 10" x 5" (tote and insert) and SMALL 10" x 8" x 4" (tote and insert).

Materials Needed:

• Main Print:(outer shell) LARGE - 5/8 yds SMALL-1/2 yd
• Bottom & straps print: LARGE-1/2 yd SMALL-1/2 yd
• Pocket print: LARGE-1/4 yd SMALL-1/4 yd
• Liner Fabric: LARGE-2 1/8 yd SMALL-1 7/8 yd
• Batting: 5/8 yds for both sizes
• Heavy weight Pellon: LARGE- 1 5/8 yd SMALL - 1 3/8 yd
• 1" webbing for straps: LARGE - 2 yds SMALL-1 7/8 yd
