Vintage Style Evening Bag with Hanging Charms

This evening bag is made of black silk style material in shades of maroon, green, and blue.  There is beading around the top with a matching beaded handle.  There is also a detachable corded shoulder handle and inside is lined in matching green with an open pocket.  Measurements are 7" x 7" (at tallest point) x 3" (at widest point).
